Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Because orders may be processed quickly after payment confirmation, we do not accept cancellations after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties:
We ship internationally, including to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and other regions. For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country (including U.S. Customs and Border Protection charges, where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We declare the actual purchase value on all customs forms as required by law. We have no control over the customs regulations, tariffs, or fees of any destination country and cannot predict what charges may apply. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or tariffs, any refund issued may be reduced by the related return shipping and handling costs.

Export Compliance:
All products sold by Frosty Nap Bed are general consumer pet products and are not subject to special export licensing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import of these products is permitted under the laws of their destination country.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement or through appropriate legal channels.
