Shipping policy

We currently ship internationally to support pet families everywhere who want their dogs and cats to stay cool and comfortable.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation before they are handed off to our shipping carrier.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery generally takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, where available.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country or region are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued may be reduced by the related costs.

Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
